Background
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Foreman with RC Frame experience to join their team on a high-value apartment development project. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for supervising site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key leadership role on-site, overseeing reinforced concrete frame construction, ensuring the structural core of the apartments is delivered efficiently and to specification.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, labour, and subcontractors, focusing on RC frame construction for apartment units
* Ensure works are carried out in accordance with design, specifications, and H&S regulations
* Monitor programme and report progress, risks, and issues to the Project Manager
* Enforce company safety, quality, and environmental policies on site
* Assist in planning, sequencing, and resourcing RC frame works to meet apartment project deadlines
* Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and commercial teams to resolve site queries
* Maintain accurate site records, permits, and daily reports
* Drive productivity while maintaining high-quality standards in structural concrete works
Key Skills Required
* Trade qualification or degree in Civil Engineering
* Minimum 5 years' experience in civil engineering or building projects, with strong RC frame experience on multi-unit residential developments
* Proven track record in site supervision with a main contractor
* Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete construction methods, formwork, sequencing of works, and plant usage
