Procurement Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to support our Maintenance Department in managing procurement and stock control of goods and materials. This role is responsible for sourcing and ordering maintenance-related items, building relationships with suppliers, and negotiating prices.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience in procurement or stores coordination. Familiarity with PEMAC software is a plus. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and order maintenance-related goods and materials
- Build supplier relationships and negotiate pricing
- Create and process purchase orders using PEMAC software
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams
- Manage deliveries, stock control, and inventory systems
- Maintain accurate purchasing and stores records
- Uphold health and safety standards
