You will shape both our new SaaS solution and ongoing Desktop enhancements, working across the full product lifecycle from client engagement through implementation and post-go-live optimisation. A deep knowledge of static data management (entities, counterparties, accounts, and currencies), payments infrastructure (ISO 20022, SWIFT, SEPA, and local ACH), and cash/liquidity operations (positioning, forecasting, concentration, and pooling) is essential.Payments & Settlement:Proven expertise in settlement optimisation, cost/speed trade-offs, in-house banking structures, netting arrangements, and exception handling. Full understanding of how holiday calendars and business day rules cascade across deal maturity dates, interest calculations, FX settlement, and option expiries.Platform Mastery:Comprehensive understanding of TMS module interdependencies, deal workflows, status progressions, audit trails, and external system integrations. Ability to identify competitive gaps, propose enhancements, and improve operational efficiency and straight-through processing.Testing & QA:Proven ability to define detailed test scripts, design comprehensive test scenarios (positive, negative, boundary, stress), plan regression testing, and manage test data -strong collaboration with QA teams on defect prioritisation and resolution.Essential Requirements6+ years treasury systems experience (minimum 2 as Senior BA)Treasury background – you've worked in treasury and with TMS platformsTechnical agility – comfortable with Excel, SQL, testing environments, and hands-on problem-solvingAI awareness – practical experience using AI tools for documentation, forecasting, anomaly detection, and reconciliationRight to work – Europe or UKNice-to-HavesProfessional treasury qualification (ACT, CTP) · SaaS migration experience · SQL/database skills · EMIR/MiFID II/Basel III understanding · Regulatory reporting tools experience · Agile/Scrum certification · Speaking or published thought leadershipTo Be Clear: We need someone who has been there and done it.
