This role supports both HR and general office functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and accurate record management for staff and service users. Key Responsibilities Support HR administration including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee record-keeping Manage pre-employment checks (references, vetting, medicals, qualifications) Maintain HR and training databases in line with regulations Prepare HR documentation such as contracts and offer letters Handle general office duties calls, correspondence, filing, and supporting visitors Assist management with ad-hoc HR and admin projects About You Previous HR or office administration experience preferred Excellent communication and organisation skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional and discreet when handling confidential information Benefits ?
