VANRATH are working in partnership with a growing and very successful business on the appointment of a Health & Safety Manager.
Location: Monaghan – Permanent – Monday to Friday
Salary: Euro (role can be paid in Euro or Sterling) + Fantastic Benefits + Van
In your new role
* Act as a hands-on manager, operating as the sole member of the Health & Safety department
* Manage all administrative tasks and respond to health and safety-related queries
* Conduct staff inductions and deliver toolbox talks
* Prepare and maintain Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMs)
* Carry out internal audits and site visits
* Liaise with clients and senior management during site visits and meetings
* Maintain and update company health and safety policies
* Train staff on health and safety procedures and compliance
* Serve as the first point of contact for all health and safety issues
* Provide regular health and safety reports to the senior leadership team
What you will need to succeed
* Minimum 4 years in Health & Safety positions
Desired Criteria
* Electrical / Mechanical or Construction Health & Safety experience preferred but not essential
