As a seasoned project leader, you will take the helm of multiple construction projects across Wicklow. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team with a robust pipeline of residential and commercial work.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Project Delivery: You will oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to budget.
* Team Management: As the primary point of contact, you will lead site teams and subcontractors, coordinating their efforts to achieve maximum efficiency and resolve any issues promptly.
* Client Liaison: You will maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project, facilitating open communication and supporting successful handover.
* Quality Control: You will ensure all works comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company expectations, including health & safety protocols and compliance documentation.
The ideal candidate for this role should have:
* A minimum of 5+ years' experience in project management within the construction sector.
* Relevant qualifications or trade background with proven site management skills.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong knowledge of MS Office, project management software (e.g., MS Project), and health & safety legislation.
