Role Overview
You will be responsible for executing daily ticketing and inventory tasks that support sales, service delivery, and operational continuity. This role ensures the right tickets are available at the right time by maintaining accurate systems, supporting purchasing workflows, and coordinating with key teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute daily inventory-related tasks assigned by the Inventory Manager, including ticket purchasing, availability rule updates, and internal inventory system settings.
* Ensure accurate and timely implementation of approved ticketing strategies and settings
* Monitor key venue account balances and ticket release schedules; flag issues and escalate as needed
* Accurately log purchases and transactions in internal tracking systems, supporting Finance with required updates
* Collaborate with Fulfillment Specialists on venue-specific ticketing tasks (e.g., Eiffel Tower, Vesuvius, Parc Güell)
* Support inventory documentation, including workflow SOPs, knowledge management (e.g., HWGT), and improvement suggestions
* Use internal tools (BlueMoon, ticketing platforms, etc.) consistently and correctly according to defined processes
* Contribute to process improvements and flag tooling or system issues to the Inventory Manager
Skills & Experience
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and consistency in repetitive operational tasks
* Proficient in using digital systems and tools, with the ability to follow established workflows and adapt to new processes
* Comfortable with structured, task-based work and able to meet daily and weekly deadlines
* Clear written communication for internal and external coordination
* Prior experience in ticketing, tourism, inventory operations, or administrative support preferred
* Reliable, proactive, and willing to raise questions or flag issues when unclear
* Basic familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets or similar tools a plus
* Availability to work scheduled shifts as part of a coordinated operations team
Position Details
* Type:
Full time role, Monday to Friday (with flexibility as required for successful execution of role).
* Location:
Location: fully remote, with the opportunity to collaborate in person at our Dublin or Rome offices if based nearby.
