Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the operational management of the intake and separation plant ensuring adherence to production plans, maximising production, and managing costs according to budgets.
* Implement EHS standards and drive continuous improvement.
* Manage costs, maximize yields and recovery, and report weekly yield statistics.
* Adhere to product safety and legislative standards.
* Continuously improve operating performance through capacity enhancement strategies.
* Build a culture of employee engagement and change management.
* Ensure compliance with EHS legislation and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3rd Level qualification in Food/Production/Engineering or related discipline.
* Experience in a production environment in a processing industry.
* Organising skills, planning & scheduling skills.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Results-driven, customer-focused with high performance capability.
* Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.
