Chef:
The Creighton Hotel is located in Clones, Co. Monaghan. We are renowned for our food quality, and are opened 7 days per weeks serving breakfast, lunch and dinners.
We are now seeking a Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and assist in providing high quality food. Helping our team develop new dishes and menus.
Managing shifts.The canditate must have minimum of 3 years relative work experience and qualifications.
Role Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and ambitious chef to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and consistency across all service periods.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
* Be competent at station to ensure a smooth service at all times.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP and all food safety regulations.
* Help manage stock rotation, ordering, and waste control.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive, professional, and safe working environment.
Requirements
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent organisation and communication skills.
* Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during peak service times.
