About the Role
As a key member of our Field Service Team, you'll help ensure quality and compliance across client sites nationwide. This is a field-based position, so flexibility and a full driver's license are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform scheduled and unscheduled calibrations in line with site procedures and GMP standards
* Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues on client sites
* Carry out risk assessments and ensure all calibration documentation is accurate and compliant
* Record results and upload calibration certificates to site systems
* Maintain equipment and complete all work safely and efficiently
* Coordinate with operations teams to minimise downtime during calibration activities
* Support corrective or reactive maintenance as required
* Prioritise and manage workload to meet deadlines and customer expectations
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to promote quality and customer satisfaction
* Complete all required training and keep skills and knowledge up to date
What We're Looking For
You'll ideally hold a National Craft Certificate in Instrumentation or equivalent, with at least 2 years' calibration experience.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has strong knowledge of calibration systems and automation/controls
* Is computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite)
* Communicates clearly and works well both independently and in a team
* Is organised, customer-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional results
