We've partnered with a premium consultancy to recruit a Project Manager / PMO Analyst to support a Programme director specialising in advisory and change management.
This is a great role for someone early in their project career who wants to get close to major transformation programmes, learn from an experienced team and take real ownership of the organisation and communication that keeps projects moving.
You'll be the person making sure updates are clear, actions are captured, RAID logs are up to date and nothing falls through the cracks.
What you'll be doing
4. Work closely with senior stakeholders, programme directors to support delivery across multiple workstreams.
5. Coordinate comms between the PM and business leads, making sure updates and actions are clear and timely.
6. Prepare concise summaries of status reports for senior stakeholders.
7. Own and maintain project RAID logs.
8. Help manage escalations and follow-ups, making sure they're tracked through to resolution.
9. Organise and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas and capture clear, structured minutes and actions.
10. Support general project governance, documentation and reporting.
Desired Skills / Experience
11. 2+ years experience in a PMO / project support / junior project management role.
12. Strong organiser, comfortable juggling multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders.
13. Good understanding of basic project management concepts (RAID, governance, status reporting etc.).
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to summarise information clearly.
15. Confident using standard project tools.
16. Proactive, detail-focused and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
