Role Purpose: The role purpose is to protect the company resources (stock, cash) by achieving full compliance with all standard operating procedures including HACCP, H&S and other external/legal compliance requirements. It is seen as the branch business expert on standard operating controls for your branch. What were looking for: Objectives Operations: Lead the Branch team to consistently achieve Wholesale Excellence standards by ensuring the site is fully compliant with both internal and external compliance requirements with SOPs, Food safety, H&S. Financial: To ensure the right standards are in place regarding costs within the branch and when required find ways with the branch team to make improvement thus preventing loss to the business. Customer Continually monitor areas / procedures that affect customers i.e., SELs, stock integrity delivered goods etc so that they are getting accurate stock at the right price and undamaged on delivery (customers get want they want) People: To coach build capability and support the development of branch colleagues to deliver great operational standards Function as a sounding board and support under compliance managers when required. This may require travelling to other branches to help them implement standards What were looking for: Excellent interpersonal skills Logical, thorough and tenacious in approach to work with excellent attention to detail Solid organisation and multi-tasking skills A proven ability to influence colleagues at all levels Ability to analyse, decipher and report on data in a concise and timely manner. A passion for driving standards and achieving targets. Excellent written and communication skills with strong report writing skills.
