About the Role
At The Savoy Hotel, we pride ourselves on delivering a warm, seamless, and memorable guest experience at every interaction — from the first greeting to the final farewell.
As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional service across our restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
Whether setting tables, taking orders, or coordinating with colleagues, your goal will be to create an atmosphere of excellence and genuine hospitality in every moment.
Key Responsibilities
Service Excellence
· Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth, ensuring an exceptional experience in all hotel outlets.
· Take accurate food and beverage orders, deliver promptly, and maintain a high level of attention throughout service.
· Use your product knowledge to make recommendations and enhance guest satisfaction.
Preparation & Presentation
· Ensure service stations and work areas are fully prepared and kept clean and organised.
· Adhere to hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times.
Accuracy & Accountability
· Present and process bills accurately following hotel cash-handling procedures.
· Minimise waste and breakages, reporting any issues promptly.
Teamwork & Communication
· Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support other departments when required.
· Handle guest feedback or complaints with professionalism, escalating as needed.
Compliance & Development
· Follow all hotel policies on Fire Safety, Health & Safety, and Security.
· Attend training sessions and team meetings as directed by management.

· Detail-oriented, organised, and able to remain calm under pressure.
· Previous experience in a hotel or fine-dining environment is desirable but not essential — training will be provided.

Pay: €*****-€***** per hour
