We are looking for an experienced and skilled Social Care Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in health or social care, with a Level 8 Bachelor of Arts in Applied Social Studies and a management qualification. They will also have at least three years' experience in supervisory or management roles within health or social care, as well as five years' experience working in a Social Care Grade in a Children's Residential Centre.
