What you'll be doing: Providing administrative support to the Trading Manager in the day to day running of the portfolio. Liaising with Suppliers for your portfolio and with the wider trading team to ensure clear communication around projects and frequent deadlines. Supporting the TM on cross functional initiatives which require strong organisational skills, a team work approach and a passion for food. Responsibility for maintaining accurate and up to date reports using Excel and strong numerical skills. Working on own initiative with autonomy and as a part of the wider Trading team on a varied workload. What we'er looking for: Strong customer service orientation coupled with excellent administrative, interpersonal and communication skills. Competency in PC packages (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Experience in using in-house databases is desirable. Previous experience in Trading/Purchasing, Sales or Supply Chain is essential for this role Strong numerical skills Planning and organising skills and an ability to meet deadlines.
