Key Responsibilities
Drive profitable sales growth by exceeding targets within the existing customer base.
Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends.
Retain customers through personalised, proactive communication.
Strengthen relationships to increase our share of customers' business and identify new opportunities.
Keep product and service knowledge current.
Use data to re-engage lapsed customers and prevent lost sales.
Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Manage customer risks, including lost sales and credit issues.
Create account plans to maximise customer engagement and grow sales.
Study sales data and market insights to make informed decisions.
Requirements
Experience in a structured sales or telesales environment.
Knowledge of the foodservice sector.
Track record of meeting sales targets.
Strong active listening, negotiation, and commercial skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong planning, organisation, and teamwork skills.
