Main Responsibilities:

* Inspect received goods against requisitions and delivery notes to guarantee accuracy.
* Act as a trusted deputy for the Head Chef, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of prior experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a 4-star hotel environment.
* Proven leadership and management capabilities.
* Strong understanding of inventory control and financial management principles.
