Responsibilities of the Chef:
6. Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
7. Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
8. Support kitchen teams during busy service periods
9. Manage food prep, stock rotation, and cleanliness
10. Adapt to different menus and dietary requirements as needed
Requirements for the Chef:
11. Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-moving kitchen (contract catering background is a plus)
12. Culinary qualification desirable but not required
13. Valid Manual Handling and HACCP certs (training available if needed)
14. Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and some weekends
