Your Key Responsibilities
As a Project Architect, you’ll take ownership of leading residential projects from early design concepts through detailed development and successful completion on site.
Oversee technical coordination and delivery, ensuring full compliance with Irish Building Regulations, local planning guidelines, and high project standards.
Act as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, local authorities, and internal teams, helping ensure projects are functional, sustainable, and delivered as intended.
Carry out regular site visits, monitor workmanship and progress, and ensure all works align with the approved design and regulatory standards.
Manage project schedules, budgets, consultant teams and stakeholder communication maintaining quality, compliance, and clear direction at all stages.
Navigate challenges with resilience, staying adaptable and focused in a fast-paced project environment.
What You Need to Succeed
Minimum of 8 years’ professional experience as an Architect, with a detailed portfolio of residential work (housing developments and apartment projects).
In-depth technical knowledge and practical experience with Irish Building Regulations, planning processes, and all key aspects of residential construction.
Track record managing residential schemes through construction, including site inspections, consultant coordination, and the resolution of technical challenges.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills; able to lead clients, steer integrated project teams, and maintain effective collaboration.
Knowledge of local authority processes and approval requirements for residential projects in Ireland.
Demonstrated resilience capable of dealing effectively with project pressures, challenges, and shifting priorities.
Proficiency in Revit.
