We are seeking a Contract Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple client sites. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising cleaning teams, developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures, and conducting regular site inspections and audits.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise cleaning teams across various client locations.
* Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain service excellence.
* Conduct regular site inspections and audits, addressing any issues promptly.
* Recruit, train, and motivate cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored cleaning solutions.
* Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
* Ensure all operations adhere to health and safety regulations and company standards.
* Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of site activities and staff performance.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in contract cleaning management or a similar supervisory role.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
* Proficiency in basic IT applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
* Full, clean driving licence required.
* Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours if required.
