About the Role:
Annyalla Chicks Ltd is looking for a proactive Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at our busy hatchery in Annyalla, Co.Monaghan.
This role is a key to ensuring smooth daily office operations and providing a warm, professional experience for our visitors and customers. If you are detail oriented, people – focused and thrive in a dynamic environment- we would love to hear from you
What You will do:
· Manage daily reception operations, ensuring a friendly and efficient service
· Answer and direct calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
· Assist customers with queriers and provide accurate information
· Maintain and organise office files and records
· Support general administrative and clerical duties are required
· Contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture
What we are looking for:
· Previous experience in administration or reception ( 1+ year preferred)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Confident working independently and taking initiative
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
