About the Position
The Head of Technical Claims will oversee the technical claims function across major product lines, driving excellence, compliance, and cost efficiency.
This is a senior strategic role responsible for shaping claims strategy, culture, and performance.
* Develop and deliver a unified technical claims strategy across Motor, Home, Commercial Property, Complex Property, and Personal Injury lines.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Oversee settlement strategy and reserving accuracy.
* Drive innovation and digital transformation through technology adoption and data-led decision-making.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* 10+ years' experience in insurance claims management with expertise across Motor, Home, Commercial Property, and Personal Injury.
* Strong understanding of Irish insurance legislation, regulation, and compliance standards.
* Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams and deliver complex strategic initiatives.
