We are currently recruiting a Bar Supervisor for BarBarossa, one of our city centre bars.
BarBarossa is one of the bars under the umbrella of the renowned and successful Mutual Enterprises Ltd, which has a number of premium venues in Cork city.
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and self-motivated individual's who have a successful proven record in the management of premium bars including food service.
Key duties include:
Day to day operations at supervision level of a bar where food and cocktails are a key part of the operations.
Staff Management.
Supervising the team while ensuring there is a constant high level of staff productivity.
Participating in drinks menus in line with customer demand and trends.
Build strong relationship with customers.
Suitable candidate should ideally have:
1 years supervisory experience in a bar / restaurant.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the pub trade and food service operations.
Experience in staff training.
Fluency in English enabling effective and efficient communication.
