Restaurant Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our busy restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a diverse team. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service, managing staff schedules, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer experiences.
* Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen teams.
* Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
* Monitor and analyse sales performance, costs, and profitability.
* Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
* Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
* Work closely with senior management on business development strategies.
Requirements:
* Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
* Alternatively, a relevant qualification (Level 6 or higher) in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Good knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
