Store Manager
* Achieve high performance in managing inventory, stock levels and ordering supplies.
Responsibilities:
You will receive comprehensive training to develop your skills and enhance your knowledge. This includes learning about the storage, requisitioning, and supply chain management of all food, beverages, cleaning chemicals, stationery items, and disposables. You will also learn how to source, select, and negotiate optimal purchasing packages based on quality, price, terms, delivery schedules, and services with suppliers.
Key tasks include:
1. Managing par stock levels for food, beverages, and other essential items.
2. Receiving and checking deliveries for damage and ensuring compliance with HACCP regulations.
3. Storage and requisitioning of cleaning chemicals, stationery items, and disposables.
4. Purchasing process from order processing to verifying deliveries upon arrival.
5. Sourcing and selecting optimal purchasing packages.
