The ideal candidate will have experience working in a mainstream healthcare setting, preferably in an acute medical or surgical field, and will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the care needs of patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury and developing, implementing, and evaluating their individualized care plans.
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate nurse who can work effectively as part of a team to provide holistic care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
* Assessing patient care needs and developing individualized care plans
* Providing technical nursing care to patients on haemodialysis
* Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues promptly

Training and Development
