We are partnering with a high-profile aircraft lessor which has an opening for a Corporate Legal Counsel in Dublin.
Responsibilities
Support and negotiate a range of aviation-related commercial and financing transactions across multiple jurisdictions
Draft, review, and manage transactional documentation linked to acquisitions, disposals, financings, and strategic projects
Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders on commercial and contractual matters
Coordinate with external counsel, financial institutions, and transaction counterparties to support timely deal completion
Contribute to broader legal and portfolio-related initiatives within a fast-paced international environment
Requirements
Qualified lawyer with strong experience gained within a leading law firm or in-house environment
Background across corporate, banking, finance, litigation, or broader corporate legal work
Strong commercial judgement with the ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder groups
Excellent academics and communication skills
