The Insurance industry seeks a strategic Finance Partner to drive business growth through financial acumen and leadership.
Reporting to the Executive Finance Manager, this key role will facilitate collaboration between finance and business teams, providing expert analysis to inform decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting transformation initiatives by partnering closely with Divisional Leaders
* Acting as a liaison between finance and business teams, leveraging data insights to guide cost efficiency initiatives
* Engaging operational leaders to understand cost drivers and prioritise transformation opportunities
* Presenting key trends and cost drivers in a commercially relevant manner, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and clarity
* Monitoring benefits realisation of approved transformation initiatives and escalating deviations from plan
Requirements include:
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
* 5-10 years of finance experience, ideally in Business Partnering or FP&A roles
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with a proven track record in stakeholder engagement
* Proficiency in interpreting Power BI dashboards and EPM reports
* Experience working with SAP, cost centre data, and transformation projects
* Excellent presentation, communication, and MS Office skills
