Head of Sales - Food Ingredients
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced commercial leader to take on a Head of Sales role with a leading food ingredients company. The company supplies unique ingredient solutions to customers across the food industry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that’s genuinely passionate about their work and the future of their business.
This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll guide a capable sales team, manage key accounts, and shape the strategic direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a clear, growth‑focused sales strategy.
Lead and mentor a small team of high‑performing sales professionals.
Manage key customer relationships and drive new business opportunities.
Collaborate with technical, operations and finance teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
Ideal Background
8+ years’ experience in sales or commercial management within food ingredients.
Proven track record in driving sales growth and developing customer partnerships.
Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
Experience managing and motivating teams.
Degree in Business, Marketing, or Food Science (preferred).
