Key Responsibilities
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH BUSINESS UNIT LEADERS AND TEAMS TO DRIVE COLLABORATION AND INNOVATION.
* SUPPORT PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT CYCLES, WORKFORCE PLANNING, AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT INITIATIVES.
* PROVIDE DATA-DRIVEN INSIGHTS TO INFORM STRATEGIC DECISIONS AND SUPPORT BUSINESS GROWTH.
* ACTION AS A TRUSTED ADVISOR ON EMPLOYEE RELATIONS, EMPLOYMENT LAW, AND ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE.
* COLLABORATE ON TRAINING, DEVELOPMENT, AND TALENT ACQUISITION INITIATIVES.
Requirements
* A DEGREE IN HRM/HRD OR EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATION.
* AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR HR ROLE, IDEALLY WITH GENERALIST EXPERIENCE.
* CIPD MEMBERSHIP (OR WILLINGNESS TO PURSUE).
* STRONG STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
* EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AT A SENIOR LEVEL.
