About This Opportunity
* Lead and develop a high-performing OTC finance team for operational excellence in order management, credit, billing, cash application, and collections.
* Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Treasury, and IT to streamline processes, implement automation, and optimize cash flow and forecasting.
* Establish credit policies and manage risk to support business objectives while minimizing financial exposure.
* Ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections, driving improvements to optimize DSO and enhance customer experience.
* Implement robust internal controls and compliance frameworks, promoting continuous improvement and best practices for efficiency and scalability.
* Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze root causes, and execute targeted actions to improve OTC performance.
