Senior Duty Manager Role
This is a full-time position that involves overseeing the daily operations of the hotel and assisting in various departments as needed. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest care and service skills, have a minimum of three years' management experience within the hotel or hospitality industry, and be able to effectively manage and support team members.
Key Responsibilities
1. To oversee the running of key functions in the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and quality are maintained.
2. To assist in training staff, documenting training accordingly, and contributing to their development.
3. To anticipate guest needs, proactively manage expectations, and ensure an environment that promotes employee morale and encourages commitment.
4. To handle emergencies or unexpected issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
* A minimum of three years' management experience within the hotel or hospitality industry.
* Excellent guest care and service skills.
* Mature, positive, and pleasant manner.
