Sales & Retention Support Executive Bonus + Healthcare + Benefits Dublin - Hybrid Working A market-leading mobility and fleet solutions business is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Retention Support Executive to join its growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within sales, account management or fleet solutions. The role combines outbound lead generation activity with the management of an existing customer portfolio, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both business development and relationship management. The successful candidate will support the wider Business Development team while also acting as a trusted point of contact for a portfolio of smaller business customers. Please note: The successful candidate will initially spend more time onsite during onboarding and training before moving into a hybrid working arrangement. The Role Generate new business leads through outbound calling, prospecting and follow-up activity. Book appointments and support pipeline generation for the Business Development team. Manage and support a portfolio of existing SME customers. Handle customer queries relating to billing, finance, fleet updates and general account support. Work closely with internal teams to coordinate customer requests and quotations. Support customer retention and identify opportunities for additional business growth. Assist with social media activity, lead generation campaigns and market outreach initiatives. Maintain accurate CRM and customer records. Deliver a high standard of customer service and relationship management throughout the customer lifecycle. What We're Looking For 1-3 years' experience within sales, customer service, lead generation or account support environments. Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive customer engagement. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Positive, motivated and commercially driven attitude. Experience within energy, telecoms, automotive, financial services or similar customer-focused sales environments would be advantageous. Strong IT and CRM skills preferred. What's on Offer?
