Overview
Regeneron is seeking a Healthcare Professional Engagement and Contracting Operations Manager to support our global commercial operations.
The role will oversee healthcare community engagement and contracting processes across international countries within a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
Oversee healthcare community engagement and contracting across international countries.
Serve as primary contact for international commercial teams.
Coordinate training programs on engagement and sponsorship contracting processes.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and commercial teams.
Monitor process effectiveness and support regular internal reviews.
Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
Build alignment through clear communication and relationship management.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.
Experience engaging healthcare professionals.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for engagements and sponsorships.
Knowledge of healthcare professional engagement, contracting processes, and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
