Director of Operational Excellence and Safety Management
This leadership position oversees the implementation and enforcement of safety protocols across multiple sites, ensuring regulatory compliance and excellence in operational management.
1. Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to enhance operational efficiency through Lean methodologies (e.g., process mapping, value stream analysis) and drive hands-on implementation across operations.
2. Strengthen Safety Culture: Engage directly with all levels of the operational team to build and maintain a proactive culture of safety awareness, employee engagement, and shared ownership.
3. Optimize Safety Systems: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive Health & Safety management systems that ensure practical, consistent use across multiple sites.
4. Analyze Performance Data: Utilize data and KPIs to track performance, identify key improvement opportunities, and demonstrate tangible gains in operational efficiency and safety outcomes.
5. Mentor and Develop Team: Provide guidance, support, and professional development for the in-house team to champion integrated safety and operational excellence initiatives.
