Quality Leadership Position
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of quality engineers in implementing quality methodologies, systems, and practices that meet regulatory requirements.
* Lead a team of quality engineers to provide direction, coaching, and mentoring.
* Develop and maintain quality methodologies, systems, and practices that meet regulatory requirements.
* Ensure the implementation of assurance processes, process controls, and CAPA systems designed to meet internal and external requirements.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering and leadership experience. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* To develop and implement strategies for achieving quality objectives.
* To coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective quality control and assurance processes.
* To analyze data and identify trends to inform quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in Quality Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in quality leadership roles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
