Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to young people in line with individual care and placement plans.
* Support young people in education, recreation, and community participation.
* Promote independence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing using trauma-informed approaches.
* Maintain accurate and professional records, reports, and communication logs.
* Ensure compliance with HIQA and Tusla standards, safeguarding procedures, and company policies.
* Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
* Contribute to household routines, team collaboration, and a positive living environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care (CORU-approved) or equivalent qualification eligible for CORU registration

* Sound understanding of the principles and practice of social care.
* Full, clean driving licence (manual).
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
