Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for one-to-one key working, creating individualised plans, and delivering QQI-accredited modules. This role requires strong initiative, creativity, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
To succeed in this learner-focused, inclusive environment, the ideal candidate will have experience or openness to Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles and practices. ABA is essential for supporting individuals with ASD, intellectual, physical, or sensory disabilities using person-centred approaches.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, communicating effectively with learners, colleagues, and families, is vital for this role. You will also need to maintain accurate records, adhere to organisational policies, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
