Health & Safety CoordinatorHSE AdvisorThe growing team is searching for a strategically driven, but hands-on, HSE Advisor to help identify health and safety challenges specific to the business and implement innovative solutions that will remove roadblocks and allow teams to seamlessly execute.As an advocate of Health & Safety, you will have the opportunity to develop and manage exciting regional and global health and safety projects that help enable statutory and industry compliance. Working with teams across the region in both the Retail and Corporate workspace, you'll need excellent stakeholder management, organisational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to clearly communicate and present information to seek buy-in.What You'll DoParticipate in site visits of both Retail and Corporate Real Estate to provide support in areas of accident management, risk assessment, fire safety and other aspects of statutory compliance.Support the H&S team in the strategic design, development and implementation of Global policies and proceduresWork with stakeholders in the organisation to promote, change, and deploy new H&S tools and strategiesDevelop relationships with functional leaders and key stakeholders across regional retail operations, corporate workspace, and Global H&S supportPlan and execute monthly H&S reviews for key stakeholders across all regionsDevelop and execute efficient program tracking and reporting processes for regional and global H&S initiativesImprove overall H&S performance by using a data-driven approach for issue identification, root cause analysis, and improvement rolloutsWhat You'll NeedA minimum of 3 years of industry or consulting experience in Health and Safety project, program or operational management, or related fieldsPrevious experience within Facilities Management a plusExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Self-motivation with a strong affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving and driving actionAbility to tell clear, compelling stories out of complex issues and analysisInfluential with great presentation skillsExperience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholdersStrong IT skills – must be proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.Ability to design processes in a face paced environment without a prescribed templatePassion for Health, Safety, Environmental and Wellness improvementThe ability to travel within the UK & Ireland, and Globally when needs arise.
