About the Asset Delivery Function
This is a role that combines civil, mechanical and electrical expertise to deliver end-to-end asset development programmes. The organisation's Asset Delivery function is responsible for planning, designing and delivering its portfolio of asset development projects.
* Manage cost and variation issues relating to construction contracts and NSWC agreements.
* Provide estimation support to the quotation team for large network projects.
* Develop standardised reports to enhance reporting capabilities.
* Coordinate and monitor cost engineering activities to ensure timely and accurate cost information and forecasts.
* Support Project Delivery Leads in creating Control Budgets/Costs/Forecasts.
* Accurately record financial transactions on the Financial Systems.
