Key Account Manager
This role leads the growth of our clients’ print and online offering while driving new business development initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the display sales department, leading a dynamic sales team, achieving revenue targets, and identifying opportunities for future company expansion.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the display sales department, ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded.
* Develop and implement strategies to grow print and online advertising revenue.
* Manage, motivate, and support a team of sales professionals to deliver high-quality results.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and business partners.
* Identify, develop, and project manage new business opportunities in collaboration with senior management.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
* Deliver exceptional client service and ensure campaign success from inception to completion.
* Prepare and present regular performance and revenue reports to senior management.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' proven sales experience in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
* Experience in the media or digital industries is an advantage.
* People management experience is preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
* Full, clean driving license and own transport are essential.
