OverviewPodiatrist -€100K OTE. We are looking for a Full or Part Time Podiatrist to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in our clinics in Churchtown and Rathmines. The FTE for this role is €45,000-€75,000 per annum, with potential earnings of up to € Apply with commission. Depending on experience, there is an option to deliver nail surgery.ResponsibilitiesTreat a variety of skin ailments such as verrucae, corns, calluses, etc.Assess and treat ingrown toenails, clip nails and perform general foot tidying.Provide preventative care for patients with diabetes at increased risk of foot disease.Evaluate conditions of feet, ankles, or lower legs by reviewing medical history, listening to concerns, and performing physical examinations.Diagnose foot, ankle, and lower-leg problems through physical exams and other methods.Provide treatments for foot, ankle, and lower leg ailments, including orthotics to improve conditions.Advise on foot and ankle care and overall wellness techniques.Educate patients on improving conditions and self-care.Liaise with other healthcare professionals; refer patients to other physicians or specialists when larger health problems are detected (e.g., diabetes).Meet CPD requirements and maintain an up-to-date CPD folder.Write patient case notes and reports, manage payments and issue receipts.Place stock orders and log repairs.Supervise student and junior podiatrists in some cases and enhance teaching skills.Manage clinical risk and maintain infection control.Be caring, compassionate, professional, and patient-focused.Support marketing efforts by creating blogs/content and providing feedback to the team.Collaborate with the marketing team as needed.QualificationsBSc or MSc in Podiatry (essential)CORU registration (essential)Member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists Ireland (SCPI) (essential)Professional Indemnity Insurance (essential)Private practice experience (preferred)New graduates welcomeBenefitsUp to €3000 sign-on bonus (T&C's apply)Comprehensive clinical support structureClear career pathways across clinical and leadership rolesWork variety with training in multiple specialist servicesFlexible working options for full or part-time contractsCPD calendar with internal and external speakersCPD bursaries to assist funding external coursesStudy leaveRobust systems to support patient careDiscounted Health InsuranceAnnual leave that increases with length of serviceMe Day – an additional day leave to try something newMonthly Health & Wellness allowanceAdditional informationIf this sounds like an opportunity you're interested in, please review the roles and responsibilities and apply below.
