We are currently recruiting a leader to work as part of our existing team in Charleville.
* Raising and managing purchasing orders and delivery dockets.
* Management of stock levels and data on the stock control system.
* Receiving goods and parts into Stores.
* Managing Stock Location, Retrieval, and planning for stock.
* Promoting a culture of efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for raw material planning and procurement to ensure that all raw materials are available to meet production requirements.
* Provision of reporting to key stakeholders in relation to raw materials, stock levels, and planning Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, with specific focus on customer service, order fulfilment, and cost.
* Conducting monthly stock checks and reporting to senior management and site Finance department.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* Excellent computer skills, with experience in email, database, spreadsheets, and management systems.
* Good organisational skills.
* Able to work independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - fluent English is required.
* Ability to maintain accurate records.
* Flexible and able to work as part of a team.
