Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the acceptance and documentation of new and renewal reinsurance agreements, maintaining accurate records and inputting data into the SICS system.
* Review contract terms, conduct risk transfer analysis, and provide analytical support to leadership.
Quarterly Reporting and Reconciliations
* Collect and validate cession and claims data from cedants, then input it into internal systems for reconciliation and report generation.
* Monitor the funding of trust and collateral accounts.
* Ensure accurate remittance tracking and reconciliation.
Cash Flow and Payments
* Process claim payments via banking platforms and maintain accurate records.
* Monitor the status of trust and collateral accounts.
Audit and Compliance Support
* Maintain documentation for audits and internal controls.
* Assist with audit requests and ensure process integrity.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of technical reinsurance accounting experience.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
* Familiarity with the SICS reinsurance system is an advantage.
* Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Proficient in English (written and spoken).
