Program Operations Leader
Job Description:
* Oversee the development and implementation of operational strategies to deliver clinical research studies.
* Lead a team of clinical operations professionals, including line management, recruitment, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
* Collaborate with senior level management, external vendors, and collaboration partners to drive functional strategy and achieve departmental initiatives.
* Proactively communicate progress, risks, issues, or changes that may impact quality, timelines, and/or budget.
* Provide clinical program level updates to stakeholders as requested.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 12 years of related in-house sponsor-side pharmaceutical experience, with 8 years in clinical operations.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
