My Multinational client who is based in Shannon is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. This role is initially a contract role for 6 months with the view to going perm for the right candidate. This role is Monday to Friday in the office.
Duties
* Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks
* Plan meetings
* Schedule appointments and update calendar
* Make travel arrangements and reservations.
* Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material
* Develop and maintain a filing system
* Greet and provide general support to visitors
* Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
* Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with management and other employees.
* Carry out any other duties as required in line with meeting the company's objectives.
Requirements
* Previous recent experience in a similar role.
* A high level of professionalism and energy and coupled with a willingness and ability to handle responsibility with a flexible and innovative approach
* In-depth understanding of office management/daily operations
* Hands on experience with MS Office
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
