Our client, a respected and long-established Agri business, are seeking to hire a Retail and Grain Site Manager, based in Co.
Tipperary.
You'll lead the operations of a busy and well-established Agri store, ensuring excellence in customer service, team performance, and product delivery.
Agriculture experience or knowledge is essential, along with a proven ability to engage with customers and deliver excellent service.
Responsibilities: Overseeing all daily operations on-site to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused service.
Driving sales performance and consistently achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) across all product areas.
Leading, coaching, and developing a dedicated team, promoting ongoing training and growth.
Upholding company standards and ensuring full compliance with operational policies and procedures.
Oversee grain intake, treatment, drying, and delivery to optimise throughput of the milling and grain operations.
Maintaining and enhancing health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and compliant working environment for staff and customers.
Skills and Qualities: A minimum of 3 year's experience in a supervisory / management role, with a background in advisory or senior sales within the agribusiness sector.
Commercial awareness with a strong focus on achieving business targets and driving performance.
Strong and up-to-date knowledge of the agriculture industry is essential.
Resilient and capable of managing tight deadlines.
