We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Estimator to join our team in Dublin. As a Senior Mechanical Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in preparing accurate cost estimates for projects across various sectors.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage detailed mechanical estimates for diverse projects.
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure all elements are accurately captured.
* Collaborate with design and project teams to develop cost-effective and buildable solutions.
* Review and evaluate subcontractor quotations to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
Your Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
* 5+ years' experience in mechanical estimating, ideally within building services or related industries.
* Strong technical and analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities with the confidence to work independently and as part of a project team.
