Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintenance of debtors and creditors accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
2. Posting of purchase and sales invoices in a timely manner, adhering to company procedures.
3. Completion of bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
4. Assisting the Financial Controller in preparing monthly/annual accounts, providing financial insights and analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Proven experience as a senior bookkeeper or similar role.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
