Barista Skills: Be extremely capable of preparing and serving all espresso-based drinks, to the highest standard of taste and presentation.Customer Service Skills: Provide a warm, friendly, and efficient service experience, taking orders accurately, handling payments, and communicating with customers with a positive attitude.Additional Duties: Supporting all areas internally and externally of the coffee dock, maintaining high levels of presentation and serving. Ensuring tables are cleared and that display units are fully stocked and appealing.Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintaining the cleanliness of the entire coffee dock area, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene policies and procedures.Essential Requirements:Proven Barista Experience: Experienced barista with proven track record of specialty coffee preparation (grinding, extraction, milk texturing, latte art fundamentals).Customer-Focused: A genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.Speed & Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, maintaining quality standards at busy periods.Reliability: Excellent time management and reliability, with the ability to work using own initiative.
